The three faculty members are experts in the effects of social influence, marginalization, and the relationship between human behavior and information technology.
At the SC&I Honor's Day Awards ceremony held May 1, the honorees were celebrated for their achievements during the 2025-2026 academic year in research and teaching; academic excellence; and professional service.
In his new role as Dean for SC&I, Dr. Klein will be responsible for defining the school’s strategic vision, fostering a collaborative culture, and recruiting and retaining world-class faculty.
"Public speaking can be nerve-wracking, but I think it’s one of the most powerful skills you can have, because no matter what field you end up in—business, tech, medicine, or even something completely unexpected—you’re always going to have to talk to someone," said the competition's first-place winner Clarina Xavier.
