Undergraduate Admissions
Current Rutgers University students can apply to the School of Communication and Information (SC&I) to pursue an undergraduate major in:
Information Technology and Informatics
Before you can apply to any SC&I undergraduate major, there are requirements you must first meet. Refer to Undergraduate Program Requirements for detailed information.
If you are a prospective freshman or a prospective transfer student, you must first apply to Rutgers through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Declare a SC&I Minor
SC&I offers three minors:
Digital Communication and Information
To declare a SC&I undergraduate interdisciplinary minor, visit SAS myMajor or SEBS myMajor. If you are a Business, Engineering, Mason Gross or Nursing student, complete the DCIM minor declaration form. If you are admitted to SC&I, you gain a new affiliation with SC&I and will also retain an affiliation with your admitting four-year school.
Cost and Financial Aid
Rutgers offer a variety of scholarships, fellowships, and assistantships to high-achieving undergraduate and graduate students each year.
