    Online Portal

  • On Monday, May 4, you will receive your tickets in the Rutgers Athletics portal at scarletknights.com/tickets. Use the portal rather than downloading the app.

Do not create a new account, if you are a Rutgers student you have an existing account. Log in with your NetID in this format - netID@rutgers.edu – and use your NetID password.

    • You will receive a ticket for yourself which you will not be able to transfer because you will need the student ticket to get into Jersey Mike's Arena on the day of graduation.
    • You will also receive all of your guest tickets in your portal, and those can be transferred. You can send each ticket to a particular person so they can each get into the arena one at a time. Or you can send a group of tickets to one person who can be responsible for admitting your group of guests to the arena.

If one of your guests does not have a smartphone and will be arriving alone, they can go to the ticket office and someone will help them get into the arena.
