  • Over the first four weeks, you will analyze how people, processes, and technology interact within your teams and departments. This module offers practical exercises to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancing creative operations.

  • During weeks 5-8, this module guides you in developing a strategic roadmap to advance your creative operations. It involves evaluating current operations and planning future improvements across essential pillars: people, process, tools, and data, alongside tools to engage stakeholders.

  • In the final four weeks, you will apply previous learnings to initiate transformative changes. The focus is on refining strategies, engaging stakeholders, and leading effective transformations. Topics include storytelling for change, diverse communication strategies, alliance building, and risk management.

  • Accurately assess the strengths and weaknesses of your current creative operations teams and departments, identifying opportunities for improvement.
