Biography
Jorlanditha Austin's research interests examine the intersection of interpersonal and organizational communication. She is specifically interested in how resilience, encouraged by organizations that have privacy requirements (military, government agencies, etc.), affects communication within marriages. Her work seeks to understand the effects on identity, relationship satisfaction, and relational turbulence.
