Biography 

Paul Zagarella is an accomplished IT professional recognized for delivering customer-focused technology solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. He has a proven record of guiding IT infrastructure initiatives, implementing service management frameworks, and optimizing support operations to enhance organizational performance.

Zagarella’s career includes leadership roles in IT service delivery, vendor management, and process improvement. At Temple University, he oversaw enterprise platforms such as BMC Helix and Genesys Cloud, chaired the Change Management Board to ensure risk mitigation, and led hybrid support teams that consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. His work emphasized automation, operational efficiency, and aligning technology with institutional objectives.

Beyond his university experience, Zagarella contributes to the IT community through HDI Philly, where he serves as Vice President of Sponsorships and previously held a position on the Leadership Council. Known for fostering collaboration and professional development, he champions continuous improvement and strategic innovation to create technology ecosystems that empower users and support organizational success.
