Biography
Jana Varlejs came to Rutgers to what was then the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies in 1979 to serve as director of the School's Professional Development Studies program. She stepped down from that role in 1993 and taught full-time in the M.L.I.S. program until retiring in 2011.
