Biography

Jaime McCurry has spent fifteen years working in digital asset management, digital preservation, and digital stewardship across leading cultural heritage institutions, including the Library of Congress, the Folger Shakespeare Library, and Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens. She currently serves as the Manager of Digital Asset Management at the National Gallery of Art, where she supervises the museum's enterprise digital asset management and rights functions. Her work centers on implementing and refining digital asset management systems and workflows, with a focus on sustainable, user-centered practices throughout the digital asset lifecycle. McCurry holds a Master's of Library and Information Science and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, both from Long Island University. She has presented at Henry Stewart DAM events and is a contributing author to Digital Asset Management for Museums (Bloomsbury, 2025).
