Ildiko (Ildi) Koczan

Ildi Koczan is a nationally certified counselor as well as a career development and human resources professional with a background in diverse international corporate roles. She boasts 10+ years of strong higher education career development leadership and advising experience. 

Koczan’s education and work experience provides her with skills to guide students throughout their career development journey, from assessing possible career paths to developing employability skills, as well as coaching them through the steps to enter the workforce. She has led career services initiatives at SC&I since 2018 and is passionate about creating opportunities that connect SC&I students to their chosen career paths.

Koczan is an active participant in many career exploration and success advisory boards at Rutgers, the National Career Development Association, and the National Association of Colleges and Employers. She is focused on learning about and creating practices that enhance and support special populations like international, first generation, neurodivergent, and gender-minority students in their career development experiences.
