Natalia L. Herman

Natalia L. Herman is a doctoral student in Health Communication whose research interests lie at the intersection of health, knowledge, networks, and technology. The primary goal of her scholarship is to explore the role of knowledge brokers as effective two-way bridges between research and practice; empowering knowledge brokers to address information gaps and communicate evidence-based insights that support healthcare-related decisions. Natalia is also the Associate Director of the Center for Health Services Research at the Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research.

Herman has published research on knowledge sharing in the Journal of Higher Education Policy and Leadership Studies (2025).
