Please join us for a SC&I Doctoral Colloquium on April 8, 2026 featuring scholarly book talks with 4 current/emerita LIS faculty (Amelia Acker, Marija Dalbello & Britt Paris & Carol Kuhlthau) who have recently published books in academic presses!

The panel will be lightly moderated with 60-75 mins of research talks, 5 mins of comments and a 10-20 minute QA at the end.
12-1:30, Talks/discussion - please feel free to bring your lunch! 1:30-2:00 Light refreshments (charcuterie, desserts, coffee/tea).
This will be a hybrid in-person and Zoom event. The in-person portion will be at SC&I in Room 222. If you plan to attend online, we will email you a link for remote attendance in response to the registration. The deadline to register for in-person attendance is April 3. Online registration is ongoing, until the date of the event.
All faculty, students and SC&I community members are invited. Doctoral students enrolled in Colloquium are automatically pre-registered.
