Biography
Scott Delfino is a data-driven sales, marketing, and communications professional with over 20 years of experience across higher education, ed-tech, and retail, driving marketing strategies, enrollment growth, and operational excellence. Delfino provides strategic leadership for Continuing and Professional Studies (CPS) within the School of Communication and Information, driving enrollment growth, revenue performance, engagement, and retention through integrated marketing and enrollment management strategies.
Previously, Delfino spent six years at Drew University, where he was responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing and communications strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and theological school admissions.
Delfino also spent 12 years working with The Princeton Review. As the national graduate marketing manager, he had a senior leadership role in planning and executing companywide marketing strategy. He also served as a business development director for the northeast, managing and mentoring a team to build and nurture relationships with colleges, student organizations, faculty advisors, and professional organizations. He is also an avid fan of baseball and dogs.
