Biography

Scott Delfino is a data-driven sales, marketing, and communications professional with over 20 years of experience across higher education, ed-tech, and retail, driving marketing strategies, enrollment growth, and operational excellence. Delfino develops and executes a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels—email, print, web, social, and digital—to drive engagement, inquiry generation, and enrollment.

Previously, Delfino spent six years at Drew University, where he was in charge of planning, organizing, and executing the marketing and communications plans for both graduate and undergraduate admissions. 

Delfino also spent 12 years working with The Princeton Review. As the national graduate marketing manager, he had a senior leadership role in planning and executing companywide marketing strategy. He also served as a business development director for the northeast, managing and mentoring a team to build and nurture relationships with colleges, student organizations, faculty advisors, and professional organizations. He is also an avid fan of baseball and dogs.
