Cushion for Quads

what is the best cushion for a c6 comp.(no feeling) that have sore presure history and has oblique pelvic?

There is no way to know this for the individual. If there were only one best cushion, there would be only one cushion. What is best for one person is may actually be the worst for you. Ideally, a seating evaluation should be done, and ideally with a computerized interface pressure evaluation done at the same time. Do you have access to this?
