need to knw basic food 2 eat

i need 2 knw how 2 stay healthy and able 2 keep a bowel program smoove...

Eat some veggies with fiber. Things like broccoli and spinach, which are also filled with vitamins. Fish, especially wild salmon, is healthy for your heart as it has Omgega 3 oils that help your heart. Fruit of any type is good for you. I take Metamucil every day to help keep bowels firm, but not too firm. I think the key to bowel program is to not change things too much all at once. If you give your body time to get use to new things and not eat too much of something new until you know the affect it will have on you things are easier.

You should eat a good basic diet based on the food pyramid here:

You should include about 30 gm. of fiber daily. Lots of sources for this. Eat whole grains, add bran or other fiber sources to other foods such as casseroles, and pay attention to fiber amounts in processed foods when purchasing. Here is a pretty good list of fiber content for different foods:
