2 pets, 1 week

first, the piece of shit redneck neighbor's hunting dogs get out in the middle of the night and killed our 14-year-old siamese cat toadie. we warned him that if anything happened to either of our cats, his dogs were dead... he acknowleged that he'd feel the same way.
then, a few days later my yellow lab mable mysteriously starts acting really lethargic and is puking up everything she eats. my first thought was antifreeze, but the parents decide to wait until today to take her to the vet... too late.
my sister came over about an hour ago only to find mable laying in the yard dry-heaving and drooling everywhere. 20 minutes later she was gone. all signs point to antifreeze, and conveniently the dick-sock neighbor was working on his truck the other day. he has jugs of old oil and god knows what else behind his garage and in his back yard, so the finger is pointed at him. needless to say, his dogs are as good as dead for the cat, and if i could still use my hands, i'd be putting my glock to work right about now.

mable... my best friend for 11 years

i am so very sorry that you lost your cat, toadie and your faithful companion, mable. i know there are no words to help what you must be feeling. it is even worse that both deaths were unnecessary and could have been prevented if someone else had been responsible. you must be so angry and hurt over losing them. i totally understand your feelings about the dogs next door, but dont let your anger allow you to do something that could land you in trouble. even if you did something to the dogs, it wouldnt bring your dear pets back. i am sorry you are having to deal with these losses. i am an animal lover and i was so upset to hear about your babies. i know you must be grieving in the worst way. i am so very sorry.

I'm sorry. I was just talking today about how I miss my little dog Reba. She was run over 2 years ago and I still miss her. That is so hard, they are definitely family.

Geeze, that's horrible man. They both look like good members of the family. Sorry they died in such ways. That would be hard to take.

I'm really sorry to hear about all three of them. Chew your parents out for not bringing the dogs to the vet a lot quicker.

I've only seen dogs throwing up twice before, and both times it was because of anti-freeze.

I am so very sorry jbinny.
The dogs getting out is the responsibility of the owners. Hunting dogs are known for not being fond of cats. And the anti-freeze..very irresponsible. Mable was a heart pleaser. So sorry.
