Sorry to hear about your story. I had nearly the same experience here in Norway last week, only they kicked me out without any antibiotics. I asked if they could lift the bed up for eating and the nurse said it was not her fault I could not walk and she had sick patients to look for. No shower or bathrooms for disables. I had 39,7C in feber, uti with multiresistent staph and it was a fight to make them help me to find a place to urinate. No bowel possible.

I called my daughter who is a nurse in Bergen, other side of the country, she made me an appointment in a private hospital next week.

Norway, the richest country in the world, kiss my a**.

I hope you feel better, I took some antibiotics I had at home so I feel quite ok now.

So Adi, you are not the only place with bad health care.

You need to keep al pressure off the wound. The wound vac would eel it but if in Romania just pack lightly with wet gauze and cover with tape. Make sure you rinse it with normal saline twice a day using syringe.
The wound bed looks good. i don't see any necrotic area.

And I was wondering just this morning what happened to adi?

So sorry you're going through this BS! You need to marry an American gal who has a job with an HMO - any takers???

Hey Adi,

I was happy to see your thread, AND THEN I READ IT! Damn. That sucks.

I wish things were better for you. Good luck and God bless you.

I am sending prayers and positive thoughts your way, Adi--they cross all borders.

Getting well is the best revenge for bad medical care--take care!

So sorry you went through all that ...... I second what Sue said ... stay off that sore .... read dirty magazines and drink beer but stay off that sore ! Hang in there ........

Wow Adi, that seems like quite a struggle you’ve been through, hope you are better, and take care of that sore and seriously, with dual citizenship?
