What type of chair do you ride?

What is the width of the seat?

What is the total width of the chair with emotions? (incl. push rims)?

I am in the market for a new chair. I am having width problems, I have a 18" quickie gt, and with emotions I am like 28 1/2 inches wide. My van ramp is only 29 inches wide and I barely fit, let alone getting through doorways is often difficult (no hands!).

I need emotions, they have given me way more independence. I was thinking I would get another quickie gt so I wouldnt have to buy new mounts for the emotions, but I am wondering about other chairs, if the emotions mounted on a different chair would be slimmer than others.

I was going to try and squeeze into a 16" chair, but I figure if I am going to sit in it all the time I better make sure its comfortable. So 17", but thats a lot of money for 1 inch slimmer... Maybe its worth investing in a new brand of chair altogether to get as compact as possable.

So if you other emotion users could let me know about your rides and the widths, that would help me out a lot with my decision. Thanks
