Disability Insurance

Does anyone have any suggestions for how/ through what company my father could pick up a supplemental insurance policy with his pre-existing condition (t5-complete paralysis)? Reason being, our current insurance coverage is far shy of all that is required for a SCI injury....

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...but good luck. We went through the same thing with my boyfriend...and all of them denied him because of his pre-existing condition. Maybe looking into Medicare?
