fertility
Hi since my accident, 15 months ago, i have not been able to ejaculate. For fertility reasons i had a testicular biopsy. we have done one cycle of icsi invetro fertalization, it was unsuccessful. We transfered three healthy embryos, but for unknowen reasons there was no implantation. There are only three staws of sperm left, my doctor has told me he cannot do another biopsy, or any other form of sperm collection. my concern is we may not have enough sperm left to have success. do i have any other options for sperm retrieval? I have heard about electro ejaculation, what is it and is this a possibitily?

You can download a book here about various options, as well as a list of experienced SCI fertility clinics at this url: www.scifertility.com
I am concerned that your physician started you off at the most expensive, highest tech option first before starting with the cheaper and lower tech vibratory stim and electroejaculation. Is this clinic or physician really experienced with SCI?? What is his success rate (live births) with clients with SCI? (KLD) |
