My Colours Spazz G
Ok, got it about noon. Set it up/adjusted it and immediately fell in luB wid'it, lol.
Came straight from Cali brand spanking new, warranty included, bought from ebay from a dme. $999.00 + $60.00 shipping. Like Cas Walker always said, "You can't beat that with a stick". I am tickled bowel programless ![]() Went to my neice's, daughter's soccer match and did some photogin'. First time in 11 years w/o armrests. Don't need'em. First time my feet ain't stickin out like an elephant boner. Up hills, over dales, through gravels, dodgingin youngins, all the while leading a schnauzer on a leash. The chair is so light, he can pull me on flats. It's purrrtE, Shiny, liGht and wondermous. I'm gonna post pics now. If you want closeups of any part, say da wErd corpuscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() as with ANYTHING, give it a once over. the nuts for the axle plates were loose, lol I went over it b4 I got in, then rode it around outside a while, came in set the axle plate and seat back rearward one more space to get some more seat depth. Raised the casters and lowered the footplate to get correct leg length, reversed the footplate to better contain my long feet. Adjusted the brakes. This gives me 20.5 front and 17.625 rear seat height, 17 seat depth, 15 back height. It has 4in caster wheels, 24x1 rear wheels, all highly polished AL, Gloss black paint and the brakes are SO easy to operate, I can do it with my wrists. This is one smooth chair. Light as the TR I rode at Pat Neal Rehab for a seating/ chair clinic. The only thing I prefer TR vs this, Paint scratches and Ti don't. But who's counting, this was HALF the price. Questions? Fire away.

That is a very nice looking chair, Capn. Yeah, I wanna see a pic of you in it too.
I have a question - don't you find those brakes get in the way? They look like they would be sticking into you when you transfer (unless you get a really good lift?? *Remembers* "Elephant boner"?! Roflmao!!!

Awesome chair Cap'n! Even more so when you consider the price. Looks very futuristic--especially when you consider the timestamp. (Oops, I forgot how you folks from Tennessee always follow those Euro trends, LOL).
Is it possible to move that axle plate independently of the backrest hardware. If so, does Colours include any additional spacers or bolts with the chair? I'm probably getting an ultralightweight of my own this year and the Spazz G will have to go on my short list. Kudos & Congrats! |

Sweet! The price makes it sweeter. I hope it serves you well.
