transplants

could be possible to transplant the brain and the spine one day ?we can get a new heart and other organs.a friend asked me this question today and i didnt know the answer.

When we know how to reconnect the brain and the spinal cord to the body, this will be possible. Wise.

long time ago no one thought that is possible to get a new heart or other organs like ..liver etc...
