I have a video tutorial on my website and when I play it, it plays for about 5 seconds, then stops playing for a short time, then will play again for about 5 seconds, then stops. It continues this and doesn't get any better. I use Opera browser and it does the same in Internet Explorer too. Does anybody have an idea why this is doing this and have a possible solution?

It sounds like maybe you have insufficient bandwidth for the video stream you've selected. Your options depend on what type of media file/player you're trying to play.
