I have a question about uti's. I am very careful about cleaning and keeping my caths cleat yet I keep getting uti's. Can you give me any advice on how to prevent these? Thanks

I was told it was good to soak your catheters in VINEGAR by my old urologist's nurse , I don't need to cath anymore ,and I don't know how true this is but that's what they told me to do .
