I have a question about uti's. I am very careful about cleaning and keeping my caths cleat yet I keep getting uti's. Can you give me any advice on how to prevent these? Thanks

Try cranberry pills. It makes the walls of the bladder too slipery for bacteria to attach to. Works for me.

I was told it was good to soak your catheters in VINEGAR by my old urologist's nurse , I don't need to cath anymore ,and I don't know how true this is but that's what they told me to do .
