I have always been claustrophobic Cripply but I always attributed it to being trapped in the car for five hours overnight.

I guess I feel more oppressed than claustrophobic. I am more of a recluse these days because of bladder health issues.

SAME here. i can't even stand for my bedroom/bathroom door to be closed. i know i can get out it's just the idea of bein closed in.

Last time I heard you could no more move your legs than fly by flapping your arms. You know that exercise produces endorphins, a natural high. You know that you need to maximize the abilities of what's left working of your body; still you resist this obvious need and bellyache about boredom.

Get into a good exercise routine for a week and get back to us with your boredom level - wimp.

stretching helps me with that. i feel like i have restless leg syndrom. so i stretch a lot and i can easily get my foot to my ear.
