Foods to Help with Nervous System

Are there any particular foods that can help with the nervous system? Help prevent bad things, help promote good ones? And I know this is a no but I have to ask, are there any foods that can regenerate the spinal spinal cord and make me walk?

My herbalist prescribes some stuff, but I'm not sure how to translate it into english.

I had no idea there was such a thing as a herbalist. So I'd need a prescription to get whatever your getting, bleh.

I drink a product called Reliv. Look it up on the internet and read the reviews. I'm doing pretty darn good considering my injury, so will never be without it.
