Foods to Help with Nervous System

Are there any particular foods that can help with the nervous system? Help prevent bad things, help promote good ones? And I know this is a no but I have to ask, are there any foods that can regenerate the spinal spinal cord and make me walk? I ask everyone that

My herbalist prescribes some stuff, but I'm not sure how to translate it into english.

I had no idea there was such a thing as a herbalist. So I'd need a prescription to get whatever your getting, bleh.

Reliv

I drink a product called Reliv. Look it up on the internet and read the reviews. I'm doing pretty darn good considering my injury, so will never be without it.
