I took that stuff for a while not bad. You can get it in pill form or in a poweder form which you mix up into a drink (its really not that awful and the pills are big)
You can buy it here: www.vrp.com
thats where i get all my vitamins and supplements from.

Cool Thanks

Does anybody know if D-Mannose would be effective against Citrobacter Koseri? That's what I had last UTI.

Hi Jim,

From what I read, D-Mannose will help the bladder for e.Coli only.

From my personal experience, I have found using D-Mannose (powder) has only a wisp of sweet flavor in water and the results I noticed are lower bladder pressure and higher bladder capacity. The only drawback I have is the price which is quite high consider the number of doses. I usually use it three days at a time and everything clears up.

Good luck,

Hi Jimi.
Check out www.glycohealthnet.com and www.glycosciece.com. I used Mannatech's product instead of an antibiotic for my last 2 uti's. Yeah! : )

Cool

Do they have a specific UTI product? It seems like they are more into MLM?

I take Ambrotose. I'm not sure, but glycoscience.com may have medical studies on uti. It is sort of like a MLM, but don't worry about that; anyone can buy the product without being a member.
