how can quad redce their weight

These days Iam really worried about my weight.Ineed some ideas to reduce it.being a quad i cannt do much exercices.Especially size of my thighs have grown little large and the are keeping testis vey tight.
some one told me about electric belt that can reduce weight.will it help me?or what should Ido?

What level are you buddy? Good diet and whatever exercising you can do man,dont know what else to tell ya..

I've found it's all about counting the calories, I'm exercixing regulariily now, but before I started that I lost a good 30lbs by reducing my energy intake alone.

Keep track of the calories you are consuming daily for at least a week. Include everything (meals, snacks, juice, beer, etc., etc.).

Figure out your average caloric intake. Reduce this by 500 calories daily, and this should result in a 1-2 pound weight loss weekly. It will be more if you also add on additional exercise.

The only benefit an electric belt will have is to make money for the scam artist who sold it to you.

eat less. seriously. and eat slowly. enjoy your food and never eat until you feel full. takes the brain a bit to get the message.
