Skelaxin use ??

Has anybody had any experience with the med Skelaxin (metaxalone) ?? I am a t-11, incomplete, taking 80 mg/baclofen/day. Went for a Botox shot this morning to loosen my ankle, and give my toe some relief. After a conversation with the doctor, he gave me a trial amount of Skelaxin to try. Advised me try a small experiment and replace a dose of Baclofen, for example, instead of my 40mg of Baclofen in the afternoon, try the Skelaxin. Wondering if anyone can share any thoughts.
Thanks,
Donald
