Quadriplegic's minivan stolen from apartment lot
This Sucks! My heart goes out to this lady.

Anything but the sky-blue minivan someone stole from her. But she still desperately wants - and needs - her 12-year-old Dodge Caravan back. It gave her independence that not all people who use a wheelchair are lucky enough to have, she said.
