Garvey, interesting! I actually had to cut a few kids off, when we owned an espresso shop, they would be so hyper and bother others. We had alot of people that had constant jitters.

I do disagree that you can't harm yourself in a short amount of time This was stated in the website. When I worked in ICU, as a nurse, we had a guy come in several times as a suicide wanna-be, by drinking water! You can change your electrolytes, therefore interfering with heart rate, by drinking too much of anything. Also many kids have died from binge drinking.
