Losing weight below injury?

I'm curious if anyone has any ideas that work? I find that just eating healthy and general exercise is not helping.

I'm a t9.

Do the standing frames with the rowing action help to get and stay fit?

I am a T6.

Kiran,
you might try using e-stim unit to exercise lower muscle groups. Ive gained more muscle tone in thighs and calves in 4 wks of using one.
Just a thought!

Ahm, I can't judge this well.

However apart from SCI,
I observed, that in my systems there seem sorts of internal regulator systems,
to do with body weight.

If feeling more hungry often, it seems to indicate to them hunger time, and they seem to try to sorts of bomb on weight, to be prepared better for food not coming when wanted by systems.

If always eating when hungry, and stopping when not feeling hunger anymore, the general weight seems to be lowered. As there seems no requirement in particular for systems to have much fat reserves.

If it gets very cold in winter, and often feeling brrish,
weight might be uppened 4-7 kg or so with me, compared to hot time summer time.

I noticed, if outside Berlin summer time, being alike in the Sahara, or some other very hot places, weight with me might fall even some more kg below what's in Berlin tending to be about the lowest in summer time.

If eating distractedly
alike popcorn or other stuff, while watching TV,
not reaching for serious the "full" signal,
or disregarding "full" signals
by trying to stuff down the rest on a plate,
regulator controls seem to be messed into.

The heeding of internal weight regulator principles seems useful to to some extent influence general body weight.

muscle stem

hey, i have been using a muscle stem machine that is the size of a handheld calculator since my accident. i can do two different muscles at the same time and work them for 15 minutes and switch to different muscle. i do this while im just sittin there watchin tv or when im layin down reading a book. they really work my muscles and i even use them on my abs. i have noticed that my legs havent gotten much smaller since my accident doing this, but as soon as i can, im going to get an expensive exerciser that i hook a machine up to my legs and make them do the work. but this will do for now
