abdominals... (or whats left of them)
I signed up in a gym, arm workout is going good but I have a problem with the abs... any ideas of what xercise there is that can be done on the w/c to strengthen these?
...and the soul afraid of dyin'... That never learns to live... |

Most of the back exercises will work out the abdominals. Pull downs are very good, but it is a strange feeling to get used to. The sad truth is, you will have to do twice the work for half the results. Don't give up though, if you are willing to give 100%, you can do some incredible things.
