Butt troubles

Two things:

1. Pain sitting. I've got pretty much no padding on my butt, yet the sensation there is almost normal. This means lots of discomfort while sitting. Tried tons of cushions, but the problem seems to be my butt, not the seat.

2. Feel like I've got to poo a lot. That feeling like you've got to fart or poo, like somethings ready to come out. Before I know I'd be able to let out gas when I needed, but now it feels like it just builds up and makes me feel like I've got to drop a load all the time.

Anyone else have these issues? Suggestions?

i have a cauda equina injury and i had that constant feeling of having to having to drop a load,, it was really bad for a couple years,
i could get by without digital stim, however i would go constantly, seems i cant evacuate, i guess digital stim would help evacuate , however with the amount of time it takes , i can just move a piece every hour or 2 .

still deal with the problem of dumping 8 to 10 times a day, i am not sure what this is all about, however it causes me neuro pain to rise quickly when i have to go..so i dont try and ignore the sensation..
thats on my list of things to try and get control of very soon, since i am always in search of a clean bathroom..

Have you tried a coxync cushion? It has a V shape cut-out in the back so like the tailbone area does not hit what your setting on. The only thing is make sure you get one that is really stiff, otherwise they just flatten out and don't do any good. That's what I have to use, just thought I'd tell you about it.
