Has anyone taken klonipin for neuropathic pain?
I take Vallium it is the only thing that seems to help and it is very short lived. Can anyone give me the pros and cons? My doctor recomends taking it bed time because it makes you sleepy has anyone taken it during the day

In my opinion, stay the hell away from klonopin.
I have been taking it for 8 years and it is very effective in the beginning, but I have heard and I have experienced the "withdrawals" and they say that it's harder to quit than cocaine or any other narcotic. Recently I heard that you're only supposed to be on this drug for 8 months.

Klonopin didn't do a thing for me (not even help me sleep.)

Klonipin effectivenes is short lived and addiction is long lived with severe withdrawls.
Took me personally 6 months to taper of this stuff.
