Where is your pain?

I've had pain in my perineal area and lower back for three years now. I'm wondering if anyone else is having pain in these areas. I've tried all of the antidepessants, narcotics, ect. The only thing that helps and it is very short lived is vallium and it causes constipation not to mention the feeling of being out of it. I have a bacolfen pump (1000 mc/per day) and my doc is going to add clonidine this week. If you are experencing the same kind of pain please let me know if anything has helped you.
