Golf
This isn't what you are looking for I am sure, but here are some upcoming seminars for professionals (golf pros, PTs, recreation therapists) on how to teach golfing for the disabled:
http://www.pga.com/faq/disabled/events.html Here are some other organizations devoted to golf for those with physical disabilities: http://www.townusa.com/pcga/ http://www.foreall.org/ |

I found this product about six months ago when I was looking at utility vehicles and trying to find something with hand controls. It is expensive, but you might talk to a local golf course and see if they would purchase it if you plan on playing a lot. Not sure how well it works, but it looks interesting.
