Hello,

We are 4 french paraplegics and tetraplegics who have asked for a dispensation to the french
ministry of health for having the right to use the Neurogel implant.
Wise Young has the text of this document.
We need your association to help us
If you want you can send thi document to the ministry (email sante@sante.gouv.fr)with a personal message showing your support
