Need an advise urgently..

I am experimanting a big problem but I am not sure what it is. There is a kind of very very little hole just onder my left ''ischio'' from
wich comes out a yellow liquid and that couses me an orrible sweet all day long while I am on my wheelchair. The skin looks like perfect but if you push biside even lightly this liquid comes out and when it seems that it is finished the day after the story restart. I wonder what kind of medications I can put on it to absorve this liquid
and end this nightmare.

This is a pressure ulcer. You need to stay off your bottom completely and stay on bedrest. The area should be packed with gauze moistened in either normal saline or Dakin's solution, and changed 2-3X daily. You should see a physician who knows SCI immediately for appropriate treatment, but most important is NO SITTING (either in bed, wheelchair or commode). (KLD)

hello i had a very bad sore for about 2yrs i did the wet to dry dressing and it helped but a friend with diabetes was using a gel and i asked my doctor about it and she prescribed it for me it's very exspensive which is why i guess no one at rehab mentioned it but i can promise you that it work infact i called it a miracle drug. it's REGRANEX gel 0.01%[becaplermin] my insurance covers mine but if you can get it it's worth the money. good luck
