What about North Korea?

The latest news snippet is that North Korea thinks it can win a nuclear war with the US because they have a military first government. Does this scare anyone else? N Korea truely hates the US and what it represents, and they already have a history of selling weapons. Why are we not hearing more about them? Last week there was more coverage on CNN about Iraq missles that can go 20 miles further than they are allowed then North Korea's ability to hit the west coast with a 3 stage missle! How much can we rely on/trust China to diffuse the situation?
