Trouser cleavage

(aka plumbers butt). Any solutions out there for finding or creating pants that don't ride down when sitting down? I find that the majority of nice pants in stores (for us gals anyhow) are hip huggers that create major trouser cleavage when sitting (which I seem to spend a LOT of time doing ). I refuse to wear sweats and older people pants all the time but I am sure having a problem making my pants and shirt meet.
Please....any ideas or solutions? Other than suspenders which are my dads answer (puhleeeeeeze)

Check out this site:

They have plenty of great, high waisted jeans that won't ride down.

When you find a solution to the plumber problem, please let me know. In my mind, this ranks close to finding a cure!
Plumber butt is the bane of my existence! I've just trained my friends/family well enough that when I say 'plumber' they yank up my pants for me. I hate this though. Sometimes it's not appropriate, or I'm with people that I don't want caressing my butt! LOL
When I'm just sitting it's OK, but when I transfer in/out of vehicles is when it's a bit problem. ARG!!!!
Thanks for posting this. I can't wait to read solutions!

So, I wear a T shirt (wifebeater made by me) under my shirts and TUCK IT IN!!! With the sleeves cut out, the T doesn't get bunched up. Works eRRy time fa me. I like the term trouser cleavage!!! I heard da term "trouser sneeze" and "trouser chili", but you dropped some new verbage on me.

We just ordered and received some pants from
www.rolli-moden.com

They're great! They are made with a 'high rise' in the back, fit really well, and don't look too bad either. Jeans, dress pants, suit jackets for guys and women.

I hate that too, Emi!

So much so I went as far as designing the pants I wear now. Admittedly, they are not for the fashion conscious individual but I can pull the waistband up high enough so I don't have to worry about it. They are also designed so I can expose my groin for cathing. I do not have to worry about a messy or wet crotch after cathing either. I suffer from AD so my pants are made of soft material but I am sure they can be made in jeans-style clothing or even business-conscious suits. I have a taylor make them for me.

"And so it begins."
