I don't know anyone personally, but would suggest that you call one or more of the following for a referral:

Children's Hospital in Los Angeles

Orthopedic Hospital in Los Angeles

Rancho Los Amigos in Downey

UC Irvine Rehabilitation Center (Tustin?)
