Need recommendation for Richmond, Virginia
Hi, I am looking for a good doctor who is very knowledgeable about some sort of spinal cord injury due to cervical stenotic cord compression, in the Richmond, Virginia area. Thanks very much! DP

If you also need a neurologist Dr McKinley would be able to recommend one. I was in Acorda Therapeutics 2A trial of Fampridine (4-AP) down in Richmond and thought the Doc was thorough, good and caring and he speaks English not medicalese. He's put together a good team at MCV and you'll have first crack at any trials down that way. |

Hi DP, It helped enough with spasticity and added strength in my innervated but weak muscles that my physiatrist has kept me on the compounded version ever since. If you do a search on the Cure Forum for 4-AP I've posted my results several times. Good luck.
