FAYE - JASON'S PROGRESS

Faye,

Am I correct with my recollection that Jason could not walk before the laser poncture therapy? If yes, his progress is more than just amazing - it's a miracle. Can you fill us in again on what mobility he had before the therapy?

Miss you,

Deb

Debbie, I did not realize that Jason had this treatment. I have not spoken with Faye personally, but I have read many of her posts and am a bit familiar with Jason's condition. This is the same Faye from Florida, right? I would be so thrilled to learn that Jason was improving!

WM,

Look under the Dr.Kleinbloesem thread under the Cure forum. You'll see a post from Faye where you can download a video of Jason walking. Try here and click on Jason's name.

Thank you Debbie!

Off topic, but while I've got your attention--is your book ready and did I miss that too? I wouldn't be surprised if I did! I want to order one if it's ready. Thanks again!

Hey Deb and WM,

Yes I too am amazed at what Jason was able to gain!
No it's not a "miracle" or a "cure", but definitely allowed Jason's muscles to increase strength fast, where other intense training programs had not been able to.
Three years ago Jason had been able to "step" using his extensor tone, but unexplicably he rather suddenly lost the extensor tone that had allowed him to weightbear.

It was hard to figure out if that was a "good" neurological development or not, but we were very sad that he could no longer "walk".
Jason tried two other intense training programs to build up the real muscles (now that he could not use his tone anymore), but nothing had any impact, no matter how hard he worked.

Somehow the laser application on the meridians allowed his muscles to benefit and strengthen with what innervation they were getting from the exercise.

I have seen most people make slow but steady progress and many from England return frequently. The more incomplete you are the faster the progress it seems, but even those who are severe have some recovery.

I'll write more when I get back next week.

Thanks for the interest!

Faye

Great news, Faye. You know Jason really touched my heart in DC. I'm so pleased for him. I bet he's really hitting the snacks now with all of the extra work!

Faye,

That's so wonderful. When you get back give me a call with all the details.

MW,

My editor wanted to do one more grammar edit on the book. She just wrote me today and said she'd have it to me tomorrow. Then she's going to help me get a pblisher. Believe me once it's published the wholw world will know. Thanks for your interest.
