Hey everybody,

Please read the note at the bottom of this message before clicking on either link.

There's a new service coming out by a company called GreenZap that will be competing with PayPal. During pre-registration (through June 1, 2005), they will give you $25 for creating an account. (Similar to how PayPal started out.)

For each person that signs up under you, you will receive a minimum of $5. I have created an account for people to sign-up under, and the URL is:

* If this works as promised (it did for PayPal, of which I was skeptical), we may be able to generate a decent amount of money. There are claims out there that this may be a scam -- and it may very well be -- so I would suggest signing up with an account you don't mind receiving spam at.

If it works out, the community can decide what to do with the money. Two ideas are donating to a lab doing research (chosen by the community) or a lottery to pay for trips to the Neurotrauma and Society for Neuroscience meetings this November. All ideas will be considered and put to a playoff-style vote, with the winning idea being what we go with.

If you decide to participate, please forward this message to your friends and family so we can get as much money as possible.

This plan is not endorsed by CareCure, Rutgers University, Dr. Young, or anybody. It's just an idea that may or may not work. If it does, everything would be cool. If not, well... we wasted a small amount of time.

The decision is yours.
