Breakfast Before Brushing Teeth?

I read about dental care from newspaper. It talks about breakfast and tooth brushing.
Do you think that it is better to have tooth brushed before or after breakfast every morning?

Did the article recommend to brush your teeth before eating breakfast or after? Would love to know the reasoning of the article.

I would love to know the reasoning of why Bitpo posts random non-sci related articles constantly

Not to put too fine of a point on it...there are a lot of "random non-sci related articles"/posts on this forum.

All the best,

SCI-Nurse,

After breakfast. I misplaced the paper. I can't write the exact words. The reason is roughly about bacteria/plaque (?) build-up between breakfast and lunch.
