Sweet "sit down" Segway modification for forest trails
Here is one of the coolest outdoor wheelchairs I've yet to see, the Freedom Glider, a seat you an add to the Segway....pretty sweet idea (although its better for amputees, not SCIers due to possible balance issues). Check it out: http://www.spinalpedia.com/videodetails.php?vid=103851
And here, in my humble opinion, are the top 3 outdoor wheelchairs: http://www.spinalpedia.com/blog/2012...forest-riders/ Have you ever tried an outdoor chair?

I think that's fantastic and so quiet too. Though that man may not know much about deer. They are very dangerous, one kick, especially at his height and it's over. Enjoy nature, give the deer lots of room.
Btw I think this may be only one of their mods. I bet they've got some for folks with full legs. Boy that sure was quiet. Thanks for the video :-) |
