Question Help with BP

Hey everyone,

I'm a T-8 paraplegic and I am trying to speed up my BP in the morning. I do my routine every morning and it's just taking too long. I take senna and colace at night, but other than that I just dig stim in the morning. I'm not sure what I should do?

Thanks

HI timmyb
By BP you mean bowel program? When I see BP I think blood pressure.

Anyway, I have found that senna is a good natural stimulant but for some people it is not stimulating enough. Bisacodyl tablets are a stimulant that you could try instead of the senna. If your bowel program takes longer than 2 hours, then definitely there is a problem. Another option is to add a rectal stimulant such as enemeez or water-based bisacodyl suppositories (magic bullets).
