Self-assembling scaffold for spinal- cord repair

Hello.
Just found an interesting site while searching around Nano-technology.Still, my English is`nt good enough to getting the pickture clear.Could somebody please give me a translation for simple-minded level?(a short story out of this) From what i manage to read,this looking good http://www.nature.com/nsu/040119/040119-13.html.

Hello fellow Norske, It's a big break through. Wise i believe has stated before that cells will need some thing to direct their growth. This could be like the road way for that growth to happen. This is also the group that has an approved esc line, and talking about going to humans next year. Lets hope it's more than talk.

I think that the permanent and significant improuvement of the psysical,technical and informational[including the 3D holographic integral and intimate structure of any organ ( especially of the spinal cord, i.e. its original and individual - specific for every pearson - molecular, cellular and tissue morphology] mannipulation of the 3D ink jet methodology for the tissue engineering, together with the progresses in the field of the autologous transplantated stem cells or/and OEG cells(adult or embrionic),will lead, hopefully in a relative near future to a real, effective and complete cure, also for the worst of us:the chronic complete SCI's.
