Daily Picture Projects

In attempting to deal with Central Pain etc. I've taken a Mindfullness Based sTress Reduction. WHile not entirely successful for pain it is a great thing.

Part of a personal committment to adding "happiness" to my life will be a daily picture post. Some new, some old and reworked. I am going to really try to do this daily as life with SCI permits. I've been doing it at home for a week or so but thought to share with friends here who have commented positively on my pics.

Installment 1 Hope you enjoy this excercise with me. Some you'll like, some not but all will be ones that I like or mean something to me.

Are these pictures you have taken or are taking yourself?

I have been interested in Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction, too. I've read some about it, but don't know if it is for me. Along the way could you post more of your experiences in taking the classes.

I found myself just staring at the picture for a few moments. Look forward to sharing these with you.

All the best,
GJ

I grabbed all my pictures and started scanning them into my computer back in december, started sending them out to local family as a pic of the day.
now with 27 family members on board i "have" to send to daily, some of them started giving me their pics to scan into the computer also.
and boy oh boy, if i don't get the daily pic sent by noon, i start getting calls asking what happened heh heh
