Foot drop night time prevention

Has anyone had success with a commercial product for foot drop prevention in bed, like some sort of boot? Right now we're using wedges and pillows, which is cumbersome and not terribly effective. Thanks!

We use Prafo boots.

The boots work pretty well. However, they're covered with velcro. I wore them on both feet for awhile and they kept getting stuck together in the night.

Most splints for plantar fasciitis will work to prevent foot drop.

can u sleep on your stomach?.. scoot down a little and have your feet hanging off bed....
